MTS-30

The MTS-30 is a 19-inch test system that can be integrated into any standard rack. This in-circuit tester (ICT) can also be used as a desktop test system. With its compact and versatile design, this tester allows you to perform in-circuit testing of analog and digital circuits, as well as functional testing.

Despite its small footprint, the MTS-30 features nine slots for inserting module cards, providing up to 1152 test pins that can be configured as analog, mixed-signal, or a combination of both. In addition, this benchtop tester can accommodate up to four programmable power supplies. With its proven and reliable in-circuit and functional test modules, you can easily and cost-effectively handle most possible testing scenarios.

MTS-180

The MTS-180 is a cost-effective ICT solution specifically engineered for high-volume manufacturing. Equipped with an integrated mechanical press unit, the system eliminates the need for expensive vacuum fixtures, allowing manufacturers to design and deploy highly complex test fixtures at a fraction of the cost.

MTS-300

Engineered for high-throughput performance, the MTS-300 executes up to 1,000 measurements per second—ranking among the fastest test systems available on the market. The system accommodates board architectures featuring up to 3,456 analog test points, 1,664 hybrid test points, or a combination of both. Combining exceptional flexibility with high fault coverage, the MTS-300 prioritizes intuitive, simplified programming for rapid deployment.

MTS-505

The Condor MTS-505 Flying Probe Tester seamlessly integrates diverse test methodologies, making it universally adaptable across all testing strategies. Driven by four dynamic, independent test heads, it provides high adaptation depth and exceptional test coverage for high-density assemblies. Additionally, optional fixed test pins beneath the DUT (Device Under Test) further reduce cycle times while boosting overall fault coverage.

MTS-888

The MTS-888 seamlessly blends ergonomic design with raw power, providing a healthy, comfortable operator station alongside a high-performance test architecture supporting up to 7,040 test pins. Designed as a height-adjustable and tiltable high-performance tester, the system allows engineers to build test fixtures concurrently while developing test programs. Fixture assembly is vastly simplified, as every individual channel can be assigned directly to its corresponding logic family. Furthermore, the MTS 888 can be seamlessly configured as a functional tester (FCT) simply by integrating our modular expansion blocks.
